1 serie is een beetje zoals de z3 coupe je vindt hem mooi of je moet hem niet.
Ik ben nooit echt een liefhebber geweest van een 5 deurs hatch maar ja je kon niks anders kopen bij bmw. De 3 deurs oogt echt een stuk mooier en sportiever dan de 5 deurs.
En het is inderdaad zoals robin zegt. Echte schoonheid van een auto qua buitenkant moet je niet bij bmw zijn. Dan praat je over een aston martin of F430 etc.
De 3 coupe E92 vindt ik dus een lelijk ding. 10 keer liever een sedan.
Maar ja romo jij vindt de coupe wel mooi. Zoveel mensen zoveel smaken.

Klopt over smaak valt niet te twisten en toch doen we het. 
Ik vind het uiterlijk van de één best aardig, begrijp me niet verkeerd, maar de 3(zéker de coupé :twisted: ), 5 en 6 vind ik echt mooi. Neemt niet weg dat de één prima rijdt natuurlijk, maar ik wil graag mijn eigen auto's mooi vinden(wat een ander ervan vind ist mir wurst), dus mij zul je er niet gauw in zien.
Ik vind het uiterlijk van de één best aardig, begrijp me niet verkeerd, maar de 3(zéker de coupé :twisted: ), 5 en 6 vind ik echt mooi. tja. Een Golf GTI met dikke jetsers ziet er wel leuk/stoer uit. Een std Golf niet. Een Leon FR/Cupra ziet er stoer uit, een std Leon niet. Een A3 met wieldoppen is aardig saai, een 3.2 q of een S3 is stoer.
Clio V6(phase II graag) is de enige die standaard meteen mooi en stoer is.
Ik kan dus in Hatchbackland standaard geen mooie hatchback verzinnen. Wel is de 1 mooier dan de andere(doordenker
)
Kijk naar een gewieldopte e90 318d:Niks
Kijk naar een 16" E92 coupe:helemaal niks.
Kijk naar een Mitsu EVO maar dan on EVO dus in 18GLX zo als ze op de rest v/d wereld rondrijden, of een WRX/STI maar dan de gewone.
Dan vind ik de 1er in de basis echt niet raarder dan de club die ik nu noem. En hij rijdt in mijn ogen lekkerder en de Dre edition is helemaal klaar.

Een bmw insider
The 1er is in the unfortunate position on which it gets lambasted for it's appearance , But to the critics the BMW is officially a success in several markets BMW sell more 1er than the Mercedes A-Klasse and B-Klasse combined .
Now that the hard part is out of the way - establishing your product and it's position! Now it's time to play...
First up will be the 1er Sporthatch - Which you have seen fresh from it's shooting in Cape Town SA and Tokyo, Japan. BMW aiming directly at the non-family perfromance hatch market . when I say non-family this demographic means to drivers with no families. The 3dr is BMW's attack on the 3dr C-segment - Aiming at the standard versions and the range topping performance models . To fire directly into the performance hatch segment BMW will equip the 1er with a Golf GT-i Challenging 120 Si utilising the engine found in the BMW 320Si , The 130i will sit at the top end of the range and will be offered as the current 5dr hatch in Sport and SE versions.
The big news will be the next incarnation of BMW's turbo engines a 125i .
BMW are wanting to keep the six-cylinder turbo engine away from entering below the 3er at first. A wait and see policy to see how the market reacts.
Next up will be the Cabrio using the proportions and style defined by the CS1 Concept car from 2002. Using a Canvas roof this model will begin to make a case for the larger and more upmarket 3er Cabrio , In 2008 BMW will introduce a 2dr Coupe with prototypes hitting the street in January. (which is currently expected to adopt a 2er badge with BMW wanting to recreate the passion the original 2002 brought to the masses - So much so that BMW want to recreate the marketing of the 2002 such as in location and feel . BMW would like to see this car have the "MINI" effect for the BMW brand. So revered especially in the US that to contradict popular myth of small cars that BMW will export the Coupe and Cabrio to the US Market. With BMW seeing these two cars as having more of an effect in the US than the current 1er hatch.

"Mir hat vor drei Wochen ein Händler erzählt, dass wohl in diesem Jahr noch das 1er-Coupé kommen soll. Zwischen März und Mai der 3-Türer und danach irgendwann das Coupé.
Wenn Du mit dem Autokauf noch warten kannst, dann solltest Du das tun. Man wird bestimmt im Januar noch ein paar Informationen von BMW erfahren...Hoffe ich zumindest. "
