Wie was het eerst met wat.
Zat net even op Wikipedia en daar kwam ik het volgende lijstje tegen. Toch wel grappig om te zien hoe lang sommige dingen al bestaan en gewoon toegepast worden kwa motortechnieken terwijl veel mensen sommige dingen als iets nieuws zien.

Maar bij Alfa werkte dat nog heel anders (mechanisch). Alfa 75's hebben het ook trouwens. En ik dacht eigenlijk dat de techniek al was toegepast in de jaren '30 op hun GP wagens. Twin Spark was sowieso al in die tijd voor het eerst toegepast (1914 zelfs).
Spyker met 4wd staat er niet bij inderdaad, net als dat ze de eerste 6-in lijn bouwden.
Ook vraag ik me af wanneer er voor het eerst een automatische versnellingsbak is geleverd en in welke auto.
En DAF met de 'cvt' techniek staat er ook niet tussen.

VVT bij alfa werkte op een zeer lucratieve manier. Voor op het blok zit een elementje dat bij een bepaald toerental een drukpen tegen de nokkenas drukt waardoor de nokkenstand kennelijk iets veranderd. Dit was goed te merken bij mijn laatste TS. Als je het onderdeeltje los koppelt mis je onder de 4K echt significant veel koppel.

Volgens mij bedoel je VANOS, wat volgens mij ook wat minder innovatief is.
