OK settle down everyone, I know you all missed me :shock: :D

It's been a bit hectic for me recently - I've only managed one TR for God's sake! /shock

Anywho I'm back on the air again and I've changed car. I was always looking for something but this really caught my eye. Needless to say I am having a removable soft top fitted to make it a daily driver (thanks English weather!)...

Mine's slightly lighter blue than that but it has the obligatory 5.7l V8 and silver stripe so I'm a happy chap 8)

Diablos look quite fun too :lol: To be honest I'm not so much worried about wet roads as trees, lamposts, hotel swimming pools etc :wink:

Welcome back Andy.

Very nice car you've chosen. 2 weeks ago on the Nurburging we saw 2 of these nice Cobra's. They were absolute stunning.

Can you tell a little bit more about yours. Which make, year, bhp etc. And off course some pictures if you have them :wink:

It's a Dax Cobra, 5.7l V8 gives a little over 350bhp apparently. It weighs about 1100kg. The car is a 2004 and seems to be immaculate throughout. I guess it should be quite quick but with 5 gears the ride will be relaxing on the motorways too :)

Got the car, got the hood for our lovely English weather and it has stayed dry. Got the hang of driving it already which is nice. Not going to post for a while now, driving instead! :D

Edit: Will try to get some pics up when I have a moment...

Er, I've no idea what any of those things mean but yes, it'll be at Spa. Trust me though, with the wider of the two sets of pipes Dax supply it is plenty loud enough :D

Especially as my daily driver... :shock:

P.S. Ask the Dutchies following me around yesterday if you want to know how it sounds :wink:

I was riding with Harsh in the Ferrari behind you on the LTR and the sound was unbelievable, one of the darkests sounds I heared sofar, amazing. :-)

It's been a while but during my time away I've done useful things ;)

I've learned that there are louder pipes than mine for the Cobra 8)

I've had a hard top fitted for better weather protection and general warmth on the motorways :shock: Couple of pics below (lovely weather for photos). Seems that the URLs aren't accepted as pics so shortcuts only...
