Hey boys and girls I´m Percy, 23 years old and from Germany in Kleve near to nijmegen. I will write in english, because my netherlands is not that good.

I bought this Eg in April 2012 as a present for myself when i got my scool degree. Its an EG4 with D16z6 swap and vti brakes. It was in very bad condition, was very rusty and had a badly hail pity.
thats the car when i bought it:



Completly rebuilded the body and get i painted. Car was finished at march 2013
This was the outcome



In august 2013 i had done my first trackday in Assen and all i want was full racecar.


After that i want to prepare the car more and more for the track.

Stripped out the whole interior and installed a full steel roll cage ( was a aluminium rollbar before)


Going to zandvoort:


Also done a few laps on the ring.


for 2015 i bought some federal rsr and tested them at zolder





In my semster brake at the summer
I put a turbo on the car and got a tune from sneakytuning


Got new 15 inch sparco wheels again with federal rsr because i was happy with them. And also bought a tarox 6 pot brake with 282mm discs.


Putted some brakecooling on. never had issues at the track but want to be prepared
Also heat wrapped downpipe and screamerpipe


And tested everything at assen.



Car felt completly new, so i think i need one or two trackdays to get into it

Over the winter i bought recaro pro racer spg for driver side with some schroth profi harnes. The Spg withput the wings will be the new codriver seat.


And bought a 19row oil cooler with thermostat for better oiltemps.

yes right dutch reading is not a problem i had it two years long in scool, but i am not good at writing it.
schould be around 180-190 hp was not on a dyno yet. the turbo build was low budget and is done with used parts.
car is set up with 7psi

Things i got to do for Next season

-fitting the codriverseat plus seatbelt
-rework my centerconsole
-building aluminium doorparnels
-oil cooler fiiting
-new bolts for my turbo

So the car is ready for the trackdays this year

Finished my aluminium doorboards, really happy with them



Interior is now finished, but have to rework the shifter, because of to long shifting ways



For better cooling i put this heatwrap on the turbocharger



And also fitted a 19row oil cooler with thermostat for better oiltmeps at the track not much space but it should be work

What do you expect power wise? Around 240 hp or more?

Power should be around 200hp
Only got 0.45 bar boost and run it on stock block

Any plans on moving the intake filter to suck in cold air? Would be possible to fab up an intake pipe and have the intake filter much more to the right side of the engine..

Screamer pipe is also close to the oil cooler..

Screamer isnt that near like it seems. Think thats not a Problem.
Yes but you are right i should try to replace the air filter, it is one of my future plans

Sadly got cought by police and has to put of the brake and the turbo.
Now im riding itr calipers with ds3000 and braking with that is realy realy nice.

Had some fun yesterday at Assen, with only one person in the car it also works without turbo

Ktuned Circuit pro Shifter and Lexan windows for the front ( for rear i am not decided yet if only sidewindows or also the trunkwindow)



Want to fit the parts before next Trackday at 2.7 in Zandvoort.

Made it to zandvoort last Friday was a nice day altough i have killed my frontsplitter.

Yes i know engine has to be updated, but to the moment its all low budget. All parts i have bought were used and relativily cheap. So Kswap would costs me as much as i already spend on it if not more. Hope that im finished with university within the next 3 semsters and than have enough money to k-swap it
But for the moment i think my drive performance is far away from which the car can deliver. So to learn how to drive on track im statistfied with the 125hp
