-With March 2008, BMW introduced a new DME called v.81 which no one can access or program including Dinan (althought the SSTT seems to work)

-v.81 is allegedly protected by 1024 bit RSA keys so going through the front door is unlikely

-BMW may have introduced a snoop mechanism to detect tuning devices like the Procede / JB with the v81 DME

-One car's turbo blew up, cause unknown, but it was running a V2 Procede. The speculation is a packing peanut was left in the aftermarket intake and destroyed the turbo when it got sucked in. BMW denied the warranty and the owner had to pay out of pocket

-Dinan completely readjusted their pricing strategy. The low end flash is $1600 and you don't need an oil cooler. You will be buying a Dinan Oil Cooler, Intercooler for a few more pounds of boost. $1600 to $5000... for a few more HP

Reden genoeg om met je tengels van de .35 motor af te blijven. BMW is er duidelijk niet van gediend dat de sneller middenklasser door een 3de partij opgewaardeerd wordt tot heuse M3-killer. Marketing slippertje van de M-division?

Of er zit niet zoveel reserve meer in. En willen daarmee voorkomen dat er veel 35i motoren de geest geven. BMW heeft toch een naam hoog te houden qua motoren betreft.

Nee man jij bent gek. De 6 pot remmen van de 135i zijn super. Voor circuit een setje race blokken erin en klaar denk.

zwart is een beetje saai onopvallend? voor rem klauwen, en het zilver een beetje

denk dat bij die kleur auto de goudkleur wel eens zou staan

beetje raar zo, maar denk dat het in het eggie wel kan bij die kleur

Binnenkort toch maar 'ns proefrijden in zo'n geziptunede 335i. Weet ik ook van mezelf of er 'noemenswaardig verschil' in wel en niet doen zit. Vooral die tussensprints, dat 0-100 is niet belangrijk of het nou 5,2 of 4,9 is. Maar dat je van 100-200 ipv 14 er maar 11 ofzo over doet des te meer.
