With a long weekend ahead at the 1st of may, we were planning to meet up with the Swedish members of M5board.com and the Germans from e34M5.de at the famous nürburgring. Offcourse all BMW M models are welcome and according to last years information there will be about 40 to 50 M-cars all over europe present. Those 4 days, the ring is opened for public between 8h00 and 19h30. Also there will be a sauber bmw F1.07 testdriving around the track on the 28th of April.
If there is interest from your side please let me know so we can pick a date.
I kick off with the proposal to go on the 28th of April. First of all because the F1 is going to show up at that day and second I think the F1 is going to attract a lot of BMW Motorsport fans. I presume the BMW M crowd is going to be big then.
Depending on the animo, we can pick a spot in Belgium/Netherlands where we meet in the morning and drive together. We will be armed with camera's and videocamera's to make a nice round-up video afterwards of this trip. We will also provide tools, tow bar and a car with a towing hook if there's a problem with one of the cars.
