I tried this week (with the help of M3JOHN) to find a hotel were we could pre-book parking but this was not possible. Therefore I have decided we will use the best hotel I found which is the Ibis near the EXCEL Exhibition Centre. Full details are via the following links:

So everyone who wants a room for Saturday night MUST MAKE THEIR OWN BOOKING. It is £55 or €80 per room per night. I suggest people share if they can. Maybe you can use this forum to pair up?
The hotel shares a car park with the Novotel (£12.50 for 24 hours), but we cannot reserve and are not guaranteed a space. I have been told that parking will probably not be a problem, but if the hotel car park is full then there is an indoor NCP public car park next to the hotel at £17 for 24 hours.
We can check-in from 12 noon on Saturday, before heading to the bar for a beer or two :drink:…
The hotel is about 10 minutes drive from both the Dome and Westferry Circus so perfect for Sunday morning.
So, for the Dutch Group you should have already booked the Euro Tunnel and now with the Hotel details above it is time for you to book your hotel room. For anyone from the UK Group who wants to join, please make your own booking.
