Lotus Exige voor €16000,-

Ik zat vanmorgen lekker te surfen op mobile.de en vond daar een oranje Exige uit 2007 met 220pk 8) prijs €16000,-
Beetje onloofwaardig.. maar toch even een mailtje gestuurd, krijg ik dit terug:

I've decided that it's better to sell it because I don `t use it anymore (the steering wheel is on left side and it' very difficult for me to drive it), it `s a pity to keep such a car and not to use it. It's listed in Germany because when i have posted the car on the website I had to use a German address.
Now I'm trying to sell it back for such a low price because next week I have a deadline term for paying those taxes.
I tried to sell the car in UK, but nobody want`s to buy a left side steering wheel car.

We can have a deal if you are really interested to buy it.
The price is correct and it's not negotiable and it also includes the transport.

volgens mij is er een heel aantal van dit soort advertenties op mobile.de. Op het speedsterforum komt dit ook weer steeds naar boven.
Zag dat die gele exige nog te koop staat op MP. Dat niet wat voor je?

You will have an inspection period of 10 days. In this time you can check, test and inspect the car. An Geco Trans agent will be there to help you to register the car. If by any reason (the car has any hidden damage or it isn't like i describe it) you can reject the deal. In this case Shipping Company will refund you totally and they will ship the car back on MY cost.

The car was verified by the Shipping Company qualified automotive technician and the car have passed all the test with no problems.

Op Mobile staan heel veel van dit soort dingen. Heb het zelf ook gezien met zoeken naar Porsches. Ze hebben ook een button om dit soort dingen te melden op mobile.de, dus ze zijn zich er wel van bewust.

klopt, kijk uit mannen...destijds ook vaak tegen gekomen , te mooi om waar te zijn, maar wat bleek dan ..hadden ze foto's van een Amerikaanse Lotus Exige erop staan dus tja do your homework en weet je al dat je opgelicht wordt of een hele grote kans daarop..wel triest hoor, dat moeten ze strafbaar stellen!

Ja maar is RHD...tis wel een mooie zo te zien, maar in the UK ook voor die prijzen en minder te krijgen...voordeel hij staat al in NL

Dat zag ik dat het RHD is.
Ik wil niet beweren dat het makkelijk is te besturen, maar met zo'n prijs worden die wagens toch wel wat meer bereikbaar voor het gewone volk

@Hans: Ik ben onderweg.

Let er wel op dat als je een Elise koopt er voor zorgt dat iemand meegaat die er verstand van heeft. Zelf heb ik ondertussen na aanschaf ook fluitend bijna €4.000 extra uitgegeven aan noodzakelijk onderhoud, dus geen upgrades. Staar je dus zeker niet blind op de prijs. Al is dit wel het ultieme moment om een recente Elise/Exige te kopen natuurlijk, want als de auto geen schade heeft gehad kan er dan relatief weinig mis mee zijn.
