Respect voor het werk! Het lijkt in eerste instantie dat er zo even een bumper kitje is gemonteerd (= tevens een compliment voor de afwerking, je ziet niet dat het allemaal is aangepast) maar er komen erg veel zaken achterweg Knap werk :!:

We arrived at the paint shop…

Because it all are WRC S7 (GRP) replica parts, the fitment was not to my satisfaction..

So my hero had to do his magic…

* Then when everything had a perfect fit, it's been de-mounted for more sanding and spraying...

Because I de-mounted all the extra's of the roof, it also need spraying...

The best way to do that is get everything out of the way, that’s why this guy has taken out the front windscreen...

Next everything was sanded down en sprayed in the primer polyester coating...

We did also change the wrc scoop from the inside, that mounting wasn't as clean as i would have liked...

That also has to get sprayed is, rear spoiler, skirts because the old paint was broken...

Now they where taken off, I could wash en clean the parts where the skirt was...also (because of many trackdays) it was slightly damaged off the jack of changing wheels...so I striated everything and painted it with a special paint for protection...

The next day...

I let the scoop bonded on the hood,
this because everything is very light and of polyester...

But also i did not want to see any bonding or kit, that’s why here it's been washed in... and will look like oem.

Then when they drove the car outside in daylight, and they were not satisfied with the colour and did also the two front doors a little because
of a little colour difference...
(That’s why the car is not back yet, but on Monday )

I put already the turn lights in, so that the Bumper could get mounted completely …

Next the fog light covers...

Because off the not so smooth back, the bolts went in a little crooked when I mounted it ...

So we hade to make the back side nice and strait, so the bolts went in nicely and strait....

Then we hade to put the Hella 90mm lights in the WRC S7 Bezels ...

This was not a easy job I can tell you....:wonder:

First we had to make the mounting plates off the Hella's, to fit the bezels...

The car is back from the painter…

I started with the hood…

First in where the nozzles and hose..

Next I made the lock, working and adjusted the hood on height..

I got busy with adjusting the seams of hood, and front bumper so that the headlamp bezels will fit nicely...

Remember that I made a Carbon sheet for the hood... let mount that right now... I used a bonding to mount it underneath the hood...
