Hello guys my name is JL, im from Spain & i have 7 month here in NL.
A few days ago i bought a completly neglected Mini cooper S R53, and im looking for a work shop near Zwolle to fix it.
The issues that i found is:
- Compresor PTO ko.
- Tyres Bearings ko.
- Brakes ko.
- Allignment ko.
- Ac compressor ko.
- Misfiring in secong gear full throtle.


And a big etc.

I bought the car in Utrech for 3350€ from a dealer who lies in everything.
He didn't give me the invoce and i pay it in Cash so i lose the money.

I bough it with the heart not with the head sorry.

I would take the mini to a specialist. Buy quality cry once. There should be a few Mini specialists that can sort it out, but it’s a lot of sorting.

The APK is new! & i prefer to wait a little bit, just to check if its a mistake, or he is a really Mf and he think thar i'm dumb

I don't know a lot about Minis (though my wife drives one) but Martijn does:

Once you find a shop, make sure to get a good estimate and run the numbers on the repairs, versus taking the loss and start over.
With todays shop hour rate, and parts prices, it adds up quickly.

My last car was a Volvo D5 and BMW X5 M57, also completly neglected the both
(Im starting to think that i'm the problem)
The only thing that i know is that, this kind of cars they are like a legal street kart

My budget is 2000€ i think with this will be enough, using second hand parts.

Not a lot of shops want to put in used parts due to liability.
Or are you looking for a diy place?

Can't help with shops near Zwolle that will help put in used parts, but if you end up on your own there are diy shops that get you a fully equiped lift and tools for 20 euro an hour.

They are not allowed to touch your car due to liability.

Hello mates!
The dealer doesn't replay to my messages asking for the Invoice and the issues that i found in the car, so its time to speak about who is he...
The dealer is from Linschoten (MKF AUTOMOTIVE) he is very young, 30 years old (2 years younger than me) and he lies to much when he think you are expat or dumb....
The money can i make it again im not too much worry about it.
The weird thing is the treatment that i recieved from him thinking that it was a good dealer.
The origen is not important but, they like gucci caps .

It all looks legit. You could not have known. The site has good reviews, MP has only 12 reviews but mostly with a high score.

Just bad luck. I think all you can do is continue messaging him. If you bought the car with some written form of warranty it would be good. I’m no lawyer but I think you are entitled to a car that works.
