There is a lot of buzz around these DMACK Track Day Tyres and it's easy to see why.
This is an exceptional competition tyre even before you consider the very ordinary price.
DMACK have been a rapidly growing and respected name in rally tyres for a couple of years, supplying a lot of privateer teams in the WRC. They have built on their knowledge of designing tarmac stage tyres to bring you these Track Day Tyres.
Loaded with technology derived from DMACK's involvement with WRC they have a special asymmetric tread pattern designed for tarmac. By having a different tread pattern on each half of the tyre DMACK are able to offer excellent grip in wet and dry conditions on the same tyre. This tyre has achieved an A-Rating on it's EU label. This is a measure of straight line braking the wet with A being the highest rating. This is an outstanding rating, particularly for a competition tyre.
The spine of the tyre is reinforced with polyamide wrap for optimal rigidity, keeping the contact surface of the tyre against the road or track as much as possible.
The tread pattern's circumference grooves are designed to maximise water dispersion and avoid aquaplaning. The compound is soft offering excellent grip.
Driving on track places a tyre under considerably more stress particularly on the shoulder and the sidewall as cornering forces tend to cause the tyre to deform which reduces grip. DMACK have engineered this tyre with their trademark "Edge-Guard" steel reinforced sidewall to combat this.
The DMACK Track Day Tyre is a great package of top flight competition tyre and very reasonable price.

Maar ze hebben gelijk, in de WRC rijden wat (mindere) teams rond op de Dmack's. Uiteraard klappen de grote bandenmerken er zoveel geld tegenaan dat een merk als Dmack niet makkelijk in de top 10 voorkomt (wat toch al wel voorgekomen is!!!).
Deze banden kosten niet de wereld dus lekker bestellen en laat hier je bevindingen achter.
