Ik zit een beetje te brainstormen over mijn DAF-je. Rally prep, of opwaardering van het (Italiaanse) ontwerp. En daarom zoek in inspiratie voor kleuren. Mijn voorkeur gaat uit naar een BMW 2002 kleur, van silver metallic met een tintje bruin erdoor. Maar toen kwam ik deze 02 tegen.

Prachtige 02! Niet origineel maar zo mag het van mij verbouwd worden
Voor wat betreft de kleur.........ERG moeilijk. Deze kleur blauw is mooi en klassiek maar wat te lief denk ik.

Ja, ik weet niet of je je nog die 02 kunt herinneren waar ik als 2e een optie op had, maar die kleur was perfect. Maar dan wordt de DAF geen full pull rallymonster, maar gaat 'ie meer richting concours staat. Alleen dan wel snel (... voor een DAF, hehe). Aan allebei de opties zit gewoon een kostenplaatje wat je nooit meer terug krijgt. Daarom blijft 't gewoon bij brainstormen en intussen lekker rijden met de DAF om te zien of 'ie het waard is om te houden en op te bouwen.
Je ziet 't aan zo'n 2002, goedkoop gaat 't nooit worden als je het goed doet.

wauw, erg mooi, en met een leuke tegenstelling tussen al de techniek en snelheid en dan wel een stofje achterin dat je alleen nog bij je oma op de vloer aan kunt treffen en wat ze in 1960 heeft gekocht...
ik vind de velgen ook erg mooi passen, ze vullen de wielkasten precies goed:
