Snap niet dat mensen denken dat deze auto geen rijplezier zal geven.
High Tech op autogebied, all in one car.
Zelfs als je geen drifter of Albers bent zul je in deze state of the art BMW pure fun beleven.

Romo.

iTrader: (0) Hello ,
As I always said from the beginning the reason why you see so many prototypes of the M3 in the USA is because between now and the deadline before production begins at the end of the year. Is that the cars are being made US ready first .
The target release date for the M Transmission for Europe is Spring 2008 , The same time the M3 goes on sale in the USA. The time is not coincidental as both options of transmission will be available for launch with the car in it's launch date of Spring 2008.
I have been informed that the M3 Cabrio will debut at either Los Angeles or Detroit , it wont be Tokyo as the official media release happens mid-late November. The M3 Cabrio will arrive @ in the US the same time as the Coupe.
This is also expected to be the same as the BMW 1er Cabrio arriving in the US alongside the Coupe.
Whilst the first phase of filming and photography has been completed in South Africa we move to the next phase of film and photography in the exceptional scenery and fantastic driving roads in the West of Scotland.
That will happen this month providing current events in Glasgow do not cause us to reconsider. Then we do the third phase (August) and then begin to piece everything together.
The sedan will be filmed in November with scheduled release for late January 2008, The M3 sedan will be shown alongside LCI of the BMW 3er and BMW 3er Touring which will Be officially launched in @ Geneva 2008.
The M3 sedan will arrive in Europe early Summer with US sales arriving in the
4th quarter of 2008.
The only models left to show off this year apart from updates include :
The BMW M3 Cabrio , BMW 1er Cabrio and the BMW X6.
2008 however is all about the 7er.

So anyone sitting on the fence trying to decide should they change from an E46 M3, I would say undoubtedly yes.

Funnily at certain moments in the rev range it sounds exactly the same as the M5, but with a harder more menacing growl. It is louder, MUCH louder than the M5 and deeper in tone.

Can you tell me if this also the case with the E92 M3?
How would you discribe it?
It is not 7-series quiet but about the same as the RS4, and less noisy than a 997. The good news is that there is none of the raspy noise that was so characteristic of the E46 M3, it sounds familiar on start-up but thereafter it is very different.

Driving uphill around very twisty corners it was quite happy dropping no lower than 3rd, from here it would pull and pull, becoming savagely urgent from around 6000 rpm. At 8300 rpm it is still pulling strongly and I got the feeling that BMW could easily have let the rev limit be 9000 rpm if they wanted to. It spins up there much quicker than the E46 M3, and although it doesn't drive like a big-capacity engine you never really find yourself having to change down just to make rapid progress.
It sounds like a mix between a Ferrari V8 and an M5. Nothing else in BMW's range sounds anything like it, and the engine could easily be slotted into something very exotic looking and feel right at home.
The Leather was nice and soft, very good to the touch and softer than Nappa leather. I really liked Bamboo it was darker than BMW's usual beige colours but in an expensive way if you know what I mean.

Dus Ferrari en nog wat anderen snappen er niets van?...................
