This Jeep is so awesome! We’ve seen LS swapped Jeeps a few times but never a V10. Especially one with twin turbos so we’re very excited about this video. You’d think with all that power in a top heavy wrangler, it would just flip over onto its back, but somehow it all works! The best part is that the owner takes it out and races it, and it goes FAST. In this video you’ll see the Jeep take on a Nissan GTR. GTR’s have a great reputation for mopping up most cars on the drag strip but this V10 Jeep has other plans. It absolutely destroys the poor GTR, leaving it in the dust while the Jeep bangs gears bus lengths ahead! What a unique and awesome build!

Tijdens de Classic24 op Daytona International Speedway bestuurd Olly Bryant een 1965 Ford Mustang. Hij start als vijfentwintigste en stuurt de Mustang in drie ronden naar de koppositie, een geweldige prestatie en fantastisch om te zien middels deze onboardvideo.

Het mooie aan deze video is dat Olly een van de oudste raceauto’s van het veld bestuurd, maar veel sneller is dan nieuwere Ferrari’s en Porsches. Dit zal deels te maken hebben met het vermogen van de V8-motor, maar ook zeker met de stuurmanskunsten van Olly die normaal gesproken in de Blancpain Endurance Series een BMW Z4 GT3 bestuurd.

The car pictured above looks like a 1971 Volkswagen Beetle at first glance, but it's not. Sure, it has Beetle parts, but it's more C4 Corvette than anything from Volkswagen. It's turned up on the wonderfully strange world of eBay with a Buy It Now price of $17,000 and zero bids at the time of writing. This is easily one of the most oddball project cars we've seen recently.

The seller says a custom steel tubular space frame was built for this car, with bodywork nine inches wider than a stock Super Beetle stretched over it. Front and rear suspension are carried over from the C4 Corvette, as is the fuel injection system for the 5.7-liter, 400-horsepower V8. Interestingly, this Beetle's front lid hinges near the bumper, rather than at the cowl as in a regular Beetle.

Inside, it very much looks like someone stuffed all the bits from a C4 Corvette into a Beetle body to hilarious effect. Big fender flares house 16-inch wheels wrapped in a sporty set of tires. The seller claims there's no rust, and the build quality looks professional.

Original Beetles have long made a great platform for modification, but this is one of the most extreme departures from the original we've seen. This would surely draw a sizeable, if confused crowd at any local Cars & Coffee.
